Buon Appetito Milano ha già provato tempo fa la cucina (ottima!) della Trattoria del Fulmine ( cliccare qui per ripescare la recensione fatta allora ) e adesso è toccato al ristorante Bistek .Colpisce il "disallineamento" tra locale e cucina: tanto può apparire un po' troppo ordinario e banale il primo (ripensamento e investimento in questo senso non guasterebbero) tanto assolutamente non banale e anzi decisamente originale è la seconda. Piatti sfiziosi marked by a creative reworking of the traditions of the area (eg leg of duck with quince or fried frogs, juvenile trout and artichokes).
