The "shabu shabu" (pictured above) is a kind of version Japanese bourguignon, fondue. And, although Milan restaurants Nipponese pullulino now, it's hard to find. They do this in very few places. One of these is the Miyako Via San Gregorio (street of Corso Buenos Aires), restaurant already reviewed on this site (click here to find review archive pages ). Well, we tried again in search of the Miyako own shabu shabu, and the findings on the plate is positive. Liked it. And pleasantly friendly. [F] Buon Appetito Milan
